How can I help?
I offer challenging and inspiring classes, workshops, and choreography for all ages and experience levels, nurturing participants to learn and grow in a warm, supportive environment.
Who is it for?
- Professional performers: Dancers, singers, actors - whether you’re an experienced dancer, or a performer who is newer to movement - I can help.
- Vocational /degree level dance and performing arts students - dance, theatre, and music theatre students.
I offer specialised choreographic and creative sessions, focusing on communication, collaboration and acting through movement, as well as creative and project development mentorship. I love partner work - expect to hug, fight, fall, and fly, connecting with other participants. I am a lecturer/supervisor at Trinity Laban Conservatoire for Music and Dance, and Head of Movement at Guildford School of Acting/University of Surrey.
- Pre-vocational dance and performing arts students
- Primary and Secondary school students - Reception through to KS5.
I teach contemporary technique, creative sessions, and introduction to teaching for all ages. Through Kent County Council’s Inspire programme, I’ve mentored hundreds of students to develop and deliver their own arts projects.
- Teachers in mainstream education. Even (especially!) those with little or no dance or performing arts experience.
I can help with coaching, mentoring and specific training for classroom teachers, offering new ideas and inspiration to dance teachers, PE specialist or any staff who wish to integrate more dance and movement into their lessons. I’m an Arts Award Advisor (Discover, Explore, Bronze and Silver), and have helped schools and pupil referral units work towards Arts Mark status.
